Chances to perform have been few and far between for so many of us during the coronavirus pandemic. While I've been enjoying making works for video, I've so missed live performance.
I'm very grateful to Loren Groenendaal, Curt Haworth, and Kat J. Sullivan who decided to move their Dissolving Doors festival online and invite frequent participants in their Compositional Improvisation Lab to perform.
I knew I wanted to work with Sara Outing again after our ArtDate. Sara and I have found unique ways to connect deeply through virtual space. The piece we created together really felt like a dance, and a conversation. I can't wait to work with Sara again!
